Lease Space in Our New Building

Rocky Mountain Children’s Health Foundation is proud to announce the purchase of our building at 5394 Marshall Street in Arvada, Colorado. This exciting milestone will enable us to increase our capacity to serve more families, children and infants.

RMCHF is seeking a nonprofit organization with a compatible mission that is interested in securing affordable and professional office space on the west side of Denver, about one mile off I-70 and Wadsworth.

Approximately 1,000 – 5,000 square feet of office space and up to 2,000 sq ft optional shared warehouse space is available for lease. The location offers ample parking, handicapped accessible parking, a shared reception area and utilities.  There is also a shared kitchen and both large and small conference spaces that can be used. A non-profit friendly, creative landlord offers affordable lease and a flexible term.
