Hope for the Holidays

Give a Family Hope for the Holidays

Adopt a Family or make a contribution to help support a family—either way can make a huge difference!

Each year, we work with a network of trusted health care professionals, including hospital social workers, case managers, and child life specialists, to identify pediatric patients and their families who are facing significant economic challenges as a result of their child’s diagnosis and care. Please consider helping us as we work to provide Hope for the Holidays to these incredible children and families.

Every family selected will receive all or a combination of the following based on need:

Rent or Mortgage Assistance
Bill Payment Assistance (e.g., electric or water)
Food for a Holiday Meal
Gifts for the Family (from their Wishlist)
A Fun Family Experience (e.g., Zoo Lights, family photo shoot, sports event)

Giving Hope When it Matters Most

Hope for the Holidays is a special initiative under our Patient and Family Assistance program that aims to give families a holiday they might not be able to have otherwise. Families never know when their child will be impacted by an illness or injury. When this happens around the holidays, it can be particularly difficult, both financially and emotionally. At a time when their resources and energies are stretched beyond capacity, Hope for the Holidays offers a little extra relief, bringing a bit of joy back to the season.
