Our content may be accessed and viewed for your personal, non-commercial use provided copyright and proprietary notices are retained on copies made of that content. The materials and information available via our website and services may not be modified, reproduced, distributed or used for public or commercial purposes unless expressly permitted by the foundation or milk bank staff.

Like many organizations, we may obtain – through communications with both individuals and entities –personally identifiable information (such as account number, name, address, telephone number, and/or e-mail address). Any collected information is such that you voluntarily provide through our website as necessary for the purpose of donation interest, when you purchase donor human milk, or when applying to receive a Stink Bug dog or Best Start baby box.
Except what is stated in these terms and conditions, we do not sell any donor information to other organizations. We periodically publish names of donors and recipients of our programs on our website and in other mass communications, with explicitly stated permission. If you do not wish to have your name or photo published, please contact us at the email address below.
We may use any given personal information to contact you about your donation, involvement with or matters concerning the Rocky Mountain Children’s Health Foundation. You have the option to opt in to receive other digital communications from the foundation. If you no longer wish to receive this information, you may unsubscribe at any time.

We guard your online transactions to ensure optimal safety of your information. The actual transmission of your payment information over the internet is at its safest when your web browser can make an encrypted connection, and for your protection, we will only process your order if you can make such a connection. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you donate to the foundation or Mothers’ Milk Bank, the transaction will be processed by Blackbaud and Med Forward who are not affiliated with the foundation or milk bank. These entities collect credit card donations, purchase fees and health information. This is designed to ensure your information is safely processed and stored through a secure portal.
Our online giving form and Lactation Journal Club registration are supported through our primary third-party processor, Blackbaud, which provides the foundation basic transaction data but not sensitive information such as credit card numbers or passwords. In addition to using SSL encryption for all transactions and conforming to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI Compliance) for all online payment transactions, Blackbaud stores encrypted credit card numbers and passwords, as well as other donor information, on servers that are kept in a physically secure environment with strict policies that minimize staff access to the information contained therein. Blackbaud is responsible for its own data security and privacy measures, and we cannot and will not be liable for any loss in connection with Blackbaud’s handling of your information.
